Delfino Restaurant


Cozy walls and top-notch Italian are the hallmarks of Delfino, which likes to say it offers “Rome, Naples, and Bologna all under one roof.” Founder Stephen Judge began operations after falling in love with Roslindale Square, and the restaurant has been serving customers since 2001.

Trying to decide what to order? Look no further than staff members’ recommendations on the Delfino website: porcini mushroom, Bolognese, frutti di mare, and Albariño wine.

That said, we always go for the house-made spinach and cheese ravioli or Figgy Piggy (sliced and roasted pork tenderloin, with fig demi-glace and prosciutto with a wild mushroom risotto). Delfino serves dinner and late-night diners, so plan ahead—you’ll be dreaming of this classy spot all day.
