Huge portions of Argentinean-style meat are the calling card of Tango Restaurant in Arlington, and it’s without a doubt what it does best. The menu includes such head-spinning choices as costillas de cordero (double-bone lamb chops) and parrillada Argentina (short ribs, pork chorizo, blood sausage, chicken, and veal sweetbreads).
Chuletón de cerdo (succulent garlic-infused double-bone-in 16-ounce pork rib chop) and salmón balsamico are equally delicious.
But, as Tango likes to remind customers, “the tender skirtsteak, the churrasco, and the bistek, or flank steak, are some of the most popular cuts.” Best not to disagree.
Plenty of soups, appetizers, and non-meat fare is available, of course, and there’s full bar service.
